Please read our Return Policy before proceeding. Returns must be requested within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Made-to-order items are final sale.

How to Return — 5 Steps

1	Email us within 3 days of delivery Send an email to reach@safycollective.com with the subject: Return Request — [Your Order Number]
2	Include in your email Your order number The item(s) you wish to return Reason for return Photos if there is a defect or damage
3	Wait for our confirmation We respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Do not ship before receiving confirmation.
4	Ship your return Use an insured, trackable courier. Return shipping is your responsibility.
5	Refund issued Refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
