Return Policy

Standard Returns — 3-Day Window
For eligible items, we accept returns within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with any packaging included.

Made-to-Order Items — Final Sale
All made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions: If you receive a defective or damaged piece, contact us at reach@safycollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We review these individually and will always do our best to make it right.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unworn and unaltered
- No scratches, sizing marks, or signs of wear
- Original packaging must be included
- Return must be initiated within 3 days of confirmed delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend insured shipping — we are not responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
